British Psychological Society logo

The British Psychological Society is the representative body for psychology and psychologists in the UK, responsible for the development, promotion and application of pure and applied psychology for the public good.

BPS wanted to increase their communications and public affairs impact and called on Principle to assist them in reassessing their priorities and reconfiguring the Communications department.

We enjoyed helping them through this interesting period, particularly spending time in their Leicestershire offices, conducting interviews with current staff and trustees to gain an understanding of the strengths and challenges in the organization and external environment.

After in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the team and its current structure we set out a road map to achieving new organizational goals in a changing policy environment.
