purpose such as recruitment will be deleted in a timely manner once the process is
complete. Data given to us by you to keep informed of our work will be deleted at your
request. Any data related to HR functions will be kept as long as necessary to comply with
any contractual obligations.

We will then dispose of your information by ensuring it is deleted from all internal systems.
