With more than 20 years’ experience in politics, policy and campaigning, Jane has worked in Parliament and with charities across a wide range of sectors, including health, housing, international development, refugee rights and education.
Since joining Principle in 2007, Jane has built a reputation as a first-class policy analyst and strategist. She has developed and delivered successful public affairs campaigns that have secured tangible change for charities including The Hepatitis C Trust, MHA, the Refugee Council, the Publish What You Pay Coalition and the Nationwide Foundation.
Jane supports charities to identify practical policy solutions, build the evidence needed to make a compelling case, and create influencing strategies that secure change. She works with senior leaders to prepare for high-stakes engagements, such as Select Committee appearances and ministerial meetings, and mentors team members to strengthen policy, public affairs and campaigning capability across organisations.
“I am really grateful for the timing of our work with Principle. As an incoming CEO just ahead of the General Election, Jane and the Principle team have been insightful, focused and engaging in supporting us to prepare for the election and quickly position ourselves with the new Government. Importantly they have helped communicate the Nationwide Foundation’s work on housing effectively to quickly gain traction and influence. I know I speak on behalf of the Foundation team in our gratitude for Jane’s support.”
Kate Markey, CEO, Nationwide Foundation
