Othnielle recently joined Principle from Warwick University, where she worked as Strategic Campaigns Manager.

Previously, Othnielle worked as a Campaign Manager for the UK’s largest charitable care provider, MHA, where she led social care reform campaigns, formed key sector relationships and networks, stakeholder engagement, awareness building, and influencing campaigns. Othnielle is also a Trustee on the Board for Revolving Doors Agency. 

Othnielle joined Principle intending to implement her passion and expertise in digital-first campaigning for our clients on their journey. With a background and degree in marketing communications and advertising, Othnielle has developed a passion and reputation for authentic storytelling, compelling user journeys, and moving supporters to action.

Othnielle is currently working with nurtureuk and Barnardo’s.
